Dr. Ruzanna Papyan received the Young Investigator Award at the Ewing Consortium Meeting in London

On 27th June at the Ewing Consortium Meeting in London, our Clinical Researcher Dr. Ruzanna Papyan received the Young Investigator Award, and delivered a speech about the impact of telemedicine on the management of sarcomas in Armenia and collaboration with colleagues from Germany.

“As a young physician, it was a privilege to shed light on pediatric oncology in Armenia and highlight the successful collaboration we have fostered with the Muenster clinic since 2019!

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Heribert Juergens  Prof. Wardelmann, Dr. Scheer, and Prof. Haier for their unwavering support and guidance during all this years. Their expertise and assistance have been instrumental in our journey.

Many thanks also to Health Fund for Children of Armenia foundation, especially to Armen Martirosyan and Syuzan Hobosyan for your support in making the trip to London possible. Your contribution and belief in our cause are deeply appreciated.

And last but not least, I am forever grateful to our whole team of Pediatric Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Armenia and Immune Oncology Research Institute for being a part of this journey and for always believing in and encouraging me. Without your dedication and commitment, none of this would have been possible.” - Ruzanna Papyan.
