Astghik Voskanyan, MD, is the Head of the Adult Blood Disorders Clinic of the Hematology Center after Prof. R.H.Yeolyan.
She has started her work experience at the Hematology Center after Prof. R.H.Yeolyan as a hematologist at adult blood disorders department (1999-2009).
Between 2009 and 2015 she has worked at Chemotherapy Clinic of Muratsan University Hospital.
From 2015 to 2020 she has worked at Medical Faculty of Heidelberg University in Germany. She was involved in clinical research programs on chronic myeloid leukemia (CML IV, CML VI and EuroSKI). Parallel the research she has worked at palliativ and stem cell transplantation departments of the V Medical Clinic of Mannheim University Hospital, Germany.
In 2020 she has returned to Armenia and started to work at Hematology Center after Prof. R.H.Yeolyan. Since 2022 she has started to work as a researcher at Immune Oncology Research Institute.
She is a co-founder of the Armenian Association of Hematology and Oncology and City of Smile Foundation (the largest cancer charity in Armenia).
